Workshop on Time-Frequency Analysis and Its Applications

Time-frequency analysis is a rapidly evolving area of applied harmonic analysis. It is a signal processing method that enables us to observe how a signal's frequency content changes over time, which is especially useful for analyzing signals and images with varying frequency characteristics. Modern time-frequency analysis involves studying various generalized Fourier transforms (such as wavelet transform, short-time Fourier transform, etc.) on different function spaces (including Sobolev spaces, modulation spaces, Wiener amalgam spaces, etc.). This approach plays a crucial role in mathematics, physics, and several engineering fields such as quantum theory, image processing, signal processing, optics, and many others. The goal of this workshop is to share and showcase new developments related to time-frequency analysis and its applications. It aims to present current research on these topics, emphasizing their relevance in signal and image processing.
