The speakers provided structured guidance on the acceptable and effective use of AI in dissertation projects. They offered practical strategies to help students understand how to use AI as a supplementary tool to enhance their research while emphasizing the crucial distinction between appropriate use and academic misconduct.

Approximately 80 students enrolled in the BA and MA programs in International Relations, and MA program in International Business and Global Affairs attended the seminar, both online and on-campus.

This seminar is part of the International Studies Department’s strategy to actively bridge the social sciences with emerging technologies. Within this framework, all programs integrate tech-driven competencies into their curricula, equipping students to address real-world analytical challenges in fields such as international relations, global business, and transnational affairs.

A recording of the seminar will soon be made available on the Department of International Studies website.
