From 8 to 9 December 2025, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University warmly held its New Year Reception. The College of Industry-Entrepreneurs (CIE) and the HeXie Management Research Centre (HeXie Academy) set up an interactive booth at the event that combined academic substance with engaging activities. Centred on the "HeXie Management Theory", the booth facilitated experiential learning, bringing cutting-edge management concepts closer to the daily lives of students and staff in an enjoyable, accessible manner.
The "Lucky Roll" utilised content from the College and Centre’s official WeChat column, Thoughts and Reflections of Life, as source material. It guided participants to engage with the essence of HeXie Management Theory through reading aloud and random positioning. The light-hearted, interactive format made the theory’s dissemination feel more natural and sparked interest and discussion among attendees regarding its principles and potential applications.
The booth also displayed research achievements, key focus areas, and relevant course information from the College and Centre in the field of HeXie Management, providing students with opportunities to explore the theoretical system and its practical pathways further. Following the activities, some students proactively engaged in conversations, discussing the theory’s potential guiding significance for future industries and organisational management. Through participating in the New Year Reception, the College and Centre aimed to use interactive experiences as a medium to promote the application and practical understanding of HeXie Management Theory.
