Mr. Xia is a seasoned executive with leadership experience in dual roles “supply chain management” and “finance controlling” with multiple years of overseas assignments. He has joined Bosch for more than 21 years, currently serving as Vice President of Logistics APAC at Bosch, steering over 700 million EUR in logistics spending across 12 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong background in business administration and fluency in English and German, he has successfully driven digitization, automation, and cost-saving initiatives in logistics and supply chain operations.
Wei (Kevin) Chen

Mr. Chen is the Founder and CEO of GREA Technology, a leader in high-end transportation market solutions and implementation. He possesses 20 years of experience in supply chain digital management within the logistics field and previously served as the head of Hitachi Consulting Logistics Business Unit. He has successfully led large-scale logistics digitization projects with DHL, Huawei, OPPO, Xiaomi, Trina Solar, and other major enterprises, securing multiple rounds of financing for GREA Technology. He also is the Secretary General of the Digitalization Special Committee of the Shanghai Supply Chain Development Promotion Association.
